A building survey is suitable for all residential properties and provides a full picture of their construction and condition. It provides a detailed inspection of the external and internal parts of the property to which access can be reasonably gained, followed by a detailed report on construction, condition, defects & possible costs which could be incurred.

General advice is provided on alterations, extensions and refurbishment. This survey is suitable for any property and a must for the older homes, timber framed properties and the more unusual property.
